Made to bring people together

Explore our experience

Bring the expertise. We bring the event around it.

The strongest community experiences begin with the people already doing the work. We collaborate with organizers, practitioners, and community partners, combining their knowledge and relationships with event strategy, production, and experience design.

The experience comes first

Respect the culture. Create room to participate.

Our roots are in emerging technology communities. That experience informs a collaborative approach: listen to the people involved, create a format that fits, and give the community a meaningful role in shaping the day.

  • Community expertise at the table
  • Formats shaped around shared interests
  • Clear roles for organizers and partners
  • Permission-based connection after the event

Good questions

Questions about community events.

Every event starts with a conversation.

Let’s talk
Do you work with existing community organizers?

Yes. Our approach starts with the organizers, practitioners, and subject-matter partners who understand the community. We agree how your expertise and relationships come together with our event capabilities.

Which communities do you work with?

Our background includes technology and emerging technology communities. We are expanding into business, startups, AI, developers, creators, gaming, tabletop, and other interest-based groups. Each project begins with the right community knowledge and partners.

Can you help with sponsors and commercial partners?

We can scope partnership strategy, sponsor propositions, and sponsor experiences as part of the event. Sponsorship commitments and outcomes depend on the event, audience, timing, and partner conversations.

Do you own the communities you work with?

We work with independent communities and respect their identity, relationships, and expertise. The event agreement defines roles, responsibilities, communications, and the use of any information collected.

Are attendees automatically added to your mailing list?

No. Event registration and marketing subscriptions are separate choices. People can choose to join our network, and the purpose of that subscription should be clear when they opt in.
