The experience comes first

The whole journey deserves good design.

A registration form is one moment in a longer relationship. We look at the handoffs between discovery, booking, arrival, participation, and follow-up, then choose practical ways to make them work together.

  • Discover the event and understand the offer
  • Register with clear information and choices
  • Arrive with a straightforward check-in
  • Stay connected through an optional next step
Let's connect the details

How it comes together

Start with the experience. Connect what it needs.

We combine product and experience design with existing tools. The setup depends on the event, your team, and the systems already in place.

Good questions

Questions about event technology.

Every event starts with a conversation.

Let’s talk
Do we need a new event platform?

That depends on your event and current tools. We begin with the experience and operating needs, then connect suitable existing tools where they fit. We do not require you to adopt a proprietary platform.

Can you work with our registration or ticketing provider?

We can review your existing provider and the connection options it supports. The final scope depends on available integrations, access, and the requirements of the event.

Can you build only the event website?

Yes. An event website can be a focused project, with links or integrations into your registration and ticketing setup. We can also scope the wider attendee journey if needed.

How do you handle attendee information?

We agree what information the event needs, who controls it, where it goes, and who can access it. Marketing opt-in should remain a separate choice from event registration, with clear information for participants.

What happens if the venue has limited connectivity?

Connectivity and on-site conditions are part of the planning and rehearsal. We review the chosen tools, check-in needs, and practical fallback arrangements with the delivery team.

Can we continue using the setup after the event?

We agree ownership, accounts, documentation, and handover as part of the project. Where the tools and scope allow, the setup can support future editions and give your team a clearer starting point.
